# Tuttle files six 2x daily ETFs, one built partly on OpenAI and Anthropic

Anthropic has no exchange or ticker in the filing, and the OpenAI exposure is a perpetual futures contract on a private company, not a share.

By ETF.net Research. Published Oct 27, 2026.

ETF Opportunities Trust filed on Monday, Oct. 26, to register six funds that Tuttle Capital Management would advise, each seeking **200%** of the daily move of a basket of three to five securities. One of them would do that with a basket that includes Anthropic and a contract tied to OpenAI, which is still private.

The trust is a Delaware fund company, organized in 2019, and these six would be new funds inside it. Tuttle Capital Management, of Riverside, Connecticut, would advise them, and Matthew Tuttle is named as portfolio manager. The trust's agreements also name other advisers, including REX Advisers.

[Monday's filing](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1771146/000177114626002126/tuttlecapital2xcombo6newet.htm) is a preliminary prospectus, marked subject to completion, so the information may still be changed. The new shares may not be sold until it is effective.

The cover elects effectiveness 75 days after filing, on Jan. 9, 2027, which is not a day the funds would begin trading. They have not commenced operations, and the tickers, the listing exchange and every fee table are still blank.

## One basket is not five listed stocks

The frontier AI fund would seek twice the daily move of SpaceX, NVIDIA, Broadcom, Anthropic and an OpenAI contract. SpaceX is in the prospectus as Space Exploration Technologies, Nasdaq ticker SPCX, and NVIDIA and Broadcom are named with Nasdaq tickers.

Anthropic is described as the common stock of Anthropic PBC, with the exchange and ticker left blank, even as a footnote treats it and SpaceX as public companies with only a short trading history.

OpenAI is not in the basket as a share. The prospectus calls that fifth constituent a perpetual futures contract, a contract a trading venue creates to reference a private company's valuation. It is not an ownership interest, and OpenAI has not issued, sponsored or endorsed it.

The constituent list leaves the venue blank. The strategy section says the fund initially intends to use the Hyperliquid OPENAI-USDC contract, which trades on Hyperliquid, a decentralized trading platform, and is designed to track OpenAI stock that is not publicly traded. If that stock later lists on a U.S. exchange, the fund expects to switch to it on seven days' notice to shareholders.

Those contracts trade on platforms that, the prospectus warns, may sit outside the United States, may not be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission or the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and may restrict access by U.S. persons. The fund would not buy the contract, and would instead use a swap with a financial institution that pays the move in the perpetual.

## The double lasts one day

The same daily math applies to all six. Each basket is reset so the names have equal weight, and the fund then seeks 200% of the basket, split across those names. The prospectus puts the exposure at about 66⅔% of net assets in each name when there are three, about 50% when there are four, and about 40% when there are five.

Each fund expects to get that exposure through swap agreements, which pay the return on an amount equal to 200% of net assets. They may also hold the securities, though the prospectus says a direct holding is typically less efficient, because a share does not provide a leveraged return.

Resetting the weights every day means the fund has to adjust each name daily, which the prospectus says increases transaction costs and turnover. Past a single day, the return will generally differ from twice the basket's cumulative result, before fees and expenses.

In the prospectus illustration, a fund would be expected to lose **6.1%** over a year in which the basket's return is zero and its annualized volatility is 25%. A one-day fall of more than **50%** in the basket, the prospectus says, could cost an investor the full value of the investment, and could theoretically mean a loss greater than the fund's net assets.

The prospectus names these six baskets.

Table: Proposed fund, Basket

In the crypto rails basket, Strategy is the bitcoin-treasury company formerly called MicroStrategy, Coinbase runs a platform for crypto assets, Bitmine Immersion Technologies holds ether, the Ethereum cryptocurrency, as its main reserve, and IREN runs data centers for AI cloud services and bitcoin mining.

## The Zcash basket includes a fund that has not launched

The Zcash fund would seek twice the daily move of three equally weighted names tied to Zcash, a privacy-focused cryptocurrency. It would not hold the coin itself.

The Zcash ETF, ZCSH, sponsored by Grayscale Investments Sponsors, is already trading and holds Zcash. Cypherpunk Technologies, the prospectus says, holds Zcash as the anchor of its treasury and mines the coin.

The other name is a Winklevoss product the prospectus labels WINK. [Winklevoss Asset Services filed a preliminary registration](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/2158471/000110465926113940/tm2626975-1_s1.htm) for that fund on Oct. 6, proposing a Nasdaq listing under WINK, and Monday's prospectus still has the fund's name, launch date and assets in brackets. WINK's sponsor and Cypherpunk are each affiliated with Winklevoss Capital, which the prospectus says could let trouble at those affiliates hit more than one name at once.

The prospectus leaves blank the description of how the new fund would operate if WINK has not begun trading by the prospectus date.

## REX filed the same memory names on Oct. 14

On Oct. 14, ETF Opportunities Trust [filed](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1771146/000177114626001996/etfot-rex2xcombo8newetfs48.htm) a preliminary registration for the REX 2x Kioxia / Samsung Electronics / SK hynix Daily Target ETF, which REX Advisers would advise. It seeks 200% of the daily move of the same three securities, equally weighted. It has not commenced operations, and its ticker is blank.

Both covers elect effectiveness 75 days after filing, Dec. 28, 2026, for REX and Jan. 9, 2027, for Monday's filing. If both proceed on that timetable, REX's filing would become effective first, though either registration can still be amended or dropped.

A different 2x memory fund is already trading. Leverage Shares by Themes listed the Leverage Shares 2X Long Memory Daily ETF, RAML, on July 23, 2026. It seeks 200% of the daily move of Roundhill Investments' Roundhill Memory ETF, DRAM, not of Kioxia, Samsung Electronics and SK hynix. The launch announcement put the expense ratio at 0.99%.
