# AllianceBernstein's AB US Research Advanced ETF began trading on Nasdaq Monday

The registration for Roundhill's Magnificent Seven Plus ETF took effect Tuesday, and the fund has not started operating.

The AB US Research Advanced ETF, RADD, an AB Active ETFs fund advised by AllianceBernstein L.P., began trading on Nasdaq on Monday, Oct. 26.

Nasdaq released the shares for quotation at 9:30 a.m. Eastern time and recorded the fund's official open for trading at 9:40:29 a.m.

The [summary prospectus](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1496608/000119312526430691/d22675d497k.htm) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission that day sets the management fee at **0.25%**. The adviser pays substantially all of the fund's other expenses.

The fund seeks long-term growth of capital. Under normal circumstances, it invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. companies.

Roundhill ETF Trust [filed](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1976517/000139834426018831/fp0101540-1_485bposixbrl.htm) on Tuesday, Oct. 27, for the Roundhill Magnificent Seven Plus ETF, MAGP. The filing takes effect immediately. The prospectus, dated Tuesday, says the fund has not yet commenced operations.

The prospectus names the Cboe BZX Exchange, a U.S. stock exchange, as the listing exchange and sets the management fee at 0.35%.

No fund filed to close on Monday or Tuesday. The other filings are annual updates for funds already operating.

Tidal Trust II's [update](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1924868/000199937126023494/mfut-485bpos_102626.htm) for the Cambria Chesapeake Pure Trend ETF, MFUT, and its [update](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1924868/000199937126023508/tfpn-485bpos_102626.htm) for the Blueprint Chesapeake Multi-Asset Trend ETF, TFPN, take effect Wednesday, Oct. 28. Both fee tables estimate other expenses because each fund has discontinued short selling. Total annual fund operating expenses are 0.89% for MFUT and 1.13% for TFPN.

## Name changes take effect Oct. 31

SPDR Series Trust, State Street's exchange-traded fund trust, [filed](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1064642/000119312526432200/d147434d485bpos.htm) its annual prospectus on Monday. The update takes effect Friday, Oct. 30. The cover already prints the new names, with each old name marked formerly, and the tickers are unchanged.

A [supplement dated Oct. 16](https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1064642/000119312526423903/d415968d497.htm) set the changes for Oct. 31. It says they will not alter a fund's investment objective, principal investment strategies or principal risks.

Two names change more than a word.

Thirteen Portfolio bond funds add the word Index, including the Treasury, corporate-bond, high-yield, mortgage-backed and TIPS funds in that lineup. The State Street SPDR Portfolio Aggregate Bond ETF, SPAB, becomes the State Street SPDR Portfolio Aggregate Bond Index ETF. The Oct. 16 supplement has the full list.
