# Global X to liquidate four ETFs as Wednesday's SEC record stays empty

The SEC recorded 0 routine ETF filings and 0 fund closures on Wednesday, September 16, 2026. Global X said it will liquidate BTRN, IRVH, QCLR and XCLR, with trading ending October 16.

Global X announced Wednesday that it will liquidate four exchange-traded funds, a notice that arrived by press release rather than as a filing on the SEC record. Trading stops at the close on **Friday, October 16**. Liquidation is scheduled on or around **Friday, October 23**, when anyone still holding shares is to receive cash equal to net asset value. The company said it will bear liquidation expenses other than brokerage, and that shareholders may sell until that last session, with customary brokerage charges applying.
