# Harbor files 800VDC datacenter ETF registration and six summary prospectuses

Harbor ETF Trust on Friday, September 11, 2026, filed Post-Effective Amendment No. 107 for the 800VDC AI Datacenter Ecosystem ETF and six Form 497Ks.

By ETF.net Research. Published Sep 14, 2026.

Harbor ETF Trust on Friday put a new series through a Rule 485(b) post-effective amendment, the form that can make a registration effective on filing or on a date the trust sets, rather than after the wait that applies to a new series under Rule 485(a). The amendment covers shares of the 800VDC AI Datacenter Ecosystem ETF. The fund had not commenced operations. The registration materials list NYSE Arca and leave the ticker blank.

A Form 8-A12B filed the same day registers those shares of beneficial interest, no par value, for listing on NYSE Arca and incorporates Post-Effective Amendment No. **107** by reference. That is listing-registration paper. It is not a listing, and it does not start trading.

The trust first identified the series as new in a June 29 filing. That prospectus said the fund seeks investment exposure to companies most directly linked to 800-volt direct-current datacenter power, the high-voltage architecture used to feed dense compute racks. Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. is the adviser. Friday’s materials still do not assign a ticker.

## Summary prospectuses for the August AI listings

Harbor also filed six Form 497Ks. That form puts a summary prospectus on the SEC’s file when the trust uses it with investors. It does not register a new fund.

The six short prospectuses cover five lab-named equity funds Harbor listed in August, each with total annual fund operating expenses of **0.59%**, and Munificent Seven ETF, an energy-company fund, at **0.32%**. Management fees match those totals; 12b-1 fees are none; other expenses are 0.00%. The papers are dated August 13, 2026, for the five lab funds and August 20, 2026, for Munificent Seven. None of the six is written as a supplement announcing a fee, name, ticker, or strategy change.

Friday’s 485(b) amendment and the 8-A12B are the last registration steps before a listing can occur. They do not put the 800VDC fund on an exchange, and they do not name a ticker for it.
