# JPMorgan All Country Research Enhanced Equity ETF sets 0.22% fee, ticker JALL

J.P. Morgan Exchange-Traded Fund Trust filed a 485BPOS and 497K on Thursday, September 3, 2026, listing a 0.22% fee and ticker JALL for JPMorgan All Country Research Enhanced Equity ETF.

An all-country equity series of J.P. Morgan Exchange-Traded Fund Trust, JPMorgan All Country Research Enhanced Equity ETF JALL, is on file with a **0.22%** management fee, matching total annual fund operating expenses, and an objective of long-term capital appreciation. The summary prospectus, dated September 14, 2026, says the fund seeks to outperform the MSCI All Country World Index (net total return) while maintaining similar sector and geographic risk, and it names NYSE Arca as the listing exchange.

Under normal circumstances the fund will invest at least **80%** of its assets, meaning net assets plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities. J.P. Morgan Investment Management Inc. pays substantially all other fund expenses under the management agreement.

A prior Rule 485(a) amendment had left the ticker and listing exchange blank. Thursday’s Rule 485(b) post-effective amendment and 497K fill both in: JALL on NYSE Arca.
