# Kiwoom's first KICK fund, a Korea semiconductor ETF, clears registration

Kiwoom Securities (USA)'s KICK brand filed a prospectus dated Wednesday, September 9, 2026, for the KICK Korea Semiconductor Index ETF KCHP at a 0.65% fee, the first of four named KICK series; none are listed.

By ETF.net Research. Published Sep 9, 2026.

Kiwoom Securities (USA) Inc. is using Exchange Traded Concepts as adviser, with no sub-adviser, for a 20-stock Korean chip fund, KCHP, proposed to list on NYSE Arca.

Part C of the registration statement lists three further KICK series still to be filed by amendment: KICK Optical & Network Equipment ETF, KICK CPU ETF, and KICK Space Data Center ETF.

The paper is Post-Effective Amendment No. 349 to Exchange Listed Funds Trust's registration statement, immediately effective under Rule 485(b). The prospectus describes the fund as new and says portfolio turnover information is not yet available.

## KICK Korea Semiconductor Index ETF

The fund seeks investment results that, before fees and expenses, correspond generally to the total return of the Akros Korea Semiconductor Index. Under normal circumstances it would invest at least 80% of net assets, plus borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities that make up that index.

The index is designed to track the **20** largest South Korea-listed stocks, by market capitalization, whose primary business is semiconductor manufacturing and related industries. No constituent may exceed 20% of the index, and names individually above 4.5% may not exceed 45% in aggregate, so a handful of large chip names can still occupy nearly half the basket. Reconstitution and rebalancing are quarterly. Akros Technologies, Inc. owns, calculates, and publishes the index, which the prospectus says was created on April 9, 2026.

The fee table puts the management fee at **0.65%** of average daily net assets, 12b-1 fees at 0.00%, and other expenses at 0.00% on an estimate for the current fiscal year. Kiwoom, as sponsor, has agreed to assume the adviser's obligation to pay the fund's expenses except items the prospectus labels excluded, and, to the extent applicable, to pay Exchange Traded Concepts a minimum fee.

Total annual fund operating expenses are 0.65%, matching the net expense ratio of a US-listed Korea semiconductor fund, KSMH, and well above the **0.09%** of a broad South Korea equity tracker, FLKR. On a $10,000 investment, 5% annual return, and unchanged expenses, the example puts the cost at $66 over one year and $208 over three years.

An immediately effective prospectus is not a listing. The paper does not name a first-trade date.
