# KraneShares' actuator ETF puts 65% in stocks its humanoid fund already owns

KraneShares listed TORK on Nasdaq on Thursday, September 24. The fund buys the motors and gears that move a robot's joints.

As of Friday, October 2, 12 of the fund's 19 stocks, **65%** of the $2.5 million fund, were already in KOID, KraneShares' humanoid robotics index fund. KOID tracks an index, and its largest position was 2.3%.

TORK does not track an index. Leader Harmonious Drive, its largest holding, was 12.2% of TORK and 1.8% of KOID. Harmonic Drive Systems was 10.2% of TORK and 2.1% of KOID.

Together the two were 22.4% of TORK and 3.9% of KOID, nearly six times the weight.

The prospectus of Wednesday, September 23, says the fund intends to put about 10% of its assets into private companies, measured when each investment is made. None were on the list. The fund held public stocks and a small amount of cash.

The same prospectus lists an annual fee of 1.00%. The website shows 0.65%, and KraneShares says the difference is a voluntary cut it can change or end at any time, without notice.

KOID's fee is 0.69% under a contractual cut that runs through August 1, 2028, and 0.79% without that cut. The Roundhill Humanoid Robotics ETF, HUMN, has a gross fee of 0.75%, and investors pay that rate. The Themes Humanoid Robotics ETF, BOTT, charges 0.35%.

At 0.65%, TORK costs less than KOID and HUMN and more than BOTT. At the filed fee of 1.00%, it is the most expensive of the four.

For a holder of KOID, most of TORK is a bigger stake in companies already in that fund. The private companies that would make the list different are still a plan.
