Our read on ETFT
DA global quality-growth stockpicker in an ETF wrapper, live since late 2025: profitable, growing companies of any size, anywhere, with at least 80% of assets in equities.
The Fund seeks long-term growth by investing globally in listed equities, with at least 80% of net assets normally in equity securities and a primary focus on common stocks of U.S. and non-U.S. companies of any size.
Why people hold it
- Tight, legible mandate: US and non-US common stocks of any size, chosen on growth, profitability and quality rather than index weights.
- Genuinely global and size-agnostic. No country sleeves, no market-cap box, just one portfolio of businesses.
- Aimed at long-term growth rather than income, so the work is done by the companies it owns instead of a payout schedule.
Worth knowing
- The fee is 1.00% a year, at the pricier end of this peer group. Cheaper active global growth exists, such as CGGO at 0.47%.
- Launched in late 2025, so there is very little live record to judge, and our review currently places it in the lower half of its cohort.
- Still a small, thinly traded fund, which typically means wider bid-ask spreads than the heavily traded names in the category.
