Global X checked the box for the amendment to take effect immediately on filing, and the SEC accepted it at 5:33 p.m. New York time on Monday, September 28, and dated it effective Tuesday.

The prospectus says the adviser looks to the Akros LLM Index for those companies, but the fund will not copy the index.

Simplify's summary prospectus for GMAC is dated Monday, September 28, and the SEC accepted it at 6:18 p.m. that evening.

Tidal Trust IV filed the summary prospectus for TRIL, and the SEC accepted it at 7:15 a.m. Tuesday.

The prospectus says the fund will not copy the BITA Trillion Dollar Cap Index, which tracks global publicly listed companies worth at least $1 trillion. It also says the fund may invest a portion in private, non-listed companies that Vega Capital Partners, the sub-adviser, sees as similar to those in the index, including late-stage companies preparing to list.

That filing calls the fund recently organized, with no operating history. The ticker belonged to the Defiance Trillion Dollar Club Index ETF, which stopped trading on Monday, January 26, and Defiance said remaining holders would be paid cash for their shares on Friday, January 30.
