People who owned Hartford Climate Opportunities Fund in a brokerage account that can hold an ETF now own the Hartford Alpha Capture International Value ETF, ETF:ACIV. Hartford Funds said the conversion was effective after the close on Friday, Oct. 16, 2026. Its information statement to shareholders, filed July 8, said that exchange was automatic.

The summary prospectus, dated Oct. 19, names the climate fund as the predecessor and places the shares on the Cboe BZX exchange. It says the objective is the same, long-term capital appreciation, and the principal strategy is not.

Hartford’s May 22, 2026 supplement to the climate fund’s prospectus said the ETF would not focus its investments on companies that seek to address or benefit from climate change. In the July 8 statement, Hartford described the mutual fund’s policy as investing at least 80% of its assets, under normal market conditions, in companies of that kind.

That statement described a different policy for the ETF: at least 65% of net assets in foreign stocks, and, under normal circumstances, at least 80% of assets in value companies.

Wellington Management is the sub-adviser. The prospectus says that before the conversion the climate fund used more than one, and the July 8 statement said Schroder Investment Management North America, which managed a portion of the fund with an affiliate, would not sub-advise the ETF.

The record the prospectus shows for the period before the conversion is the mutual fund’s. Hartford says that record might have differed if the ETF’s strategy had been in place.

ETF:ACIV lists a management fee of 0.50% and total annual fund operating expenses of 0.63%, or 0.56% after a waiver that runs through Feb. 29, 2028, unless the board ends it sooner. Other expenses in the total are an estimate for the current fiscal year.

The same notice converted Hartford High Yield Fund into the Hartford High Yield ETF, ETF:HINC. Hartford’s page for the mutual fund said the ETF would keep the same objective and principal strategy. The management fee is 0.45%, and total annual fund operating expenses are 0.51%, or 0.50% after a waiver on the same terms. The shares traded Monday on Nasdaq.

Five amendments took effect before the funds had started

The other Friday filings are post-effective amendments under Rule 485(b), which can take effect on filing or on a date the form names. Four name Oct. 16. One names Sunday.

The amendment says the fund does not invest directly in Hyperliquid, the digital asset. As of Oct. 19, ETF:BHYP’s only holding was that token. The Defiance prospectus is dated Oct. 15.

On Friday, Tidal Trust V also filed a Form 8-A registering ETF:HYPU for listing on Nasdaq Texas. The box for effectiveness on filing is checked. The statement of additional information says no shares were outstanding.

ETF:AIBN was filed Friday. The amendment names Oct. 18 as its effective date, and the prospectus is dated that Sunday. As of the statement of additional information, it had not commenced operations.

On Monday, Tidal Trust II filed a Rule 497(j) certification for ETF:QUMY, a statement that the prospectus and statement of additional information it would have filed would not have differed from the amendment effective Oct. 16. The certification calls that amendment No. 769. The amendment itself prints No. 790.
