Tuttle Capital files seven autocallable ETFs on technology theme baskets
Under terms written for all seven, a basket can finish 20% below a contract's start and still return its starting amount, and the Oct. 19, 2026 filing is not yet a launch.

Key takeaways
On Oct. 19, 2026, ETF Opportunities Trust filed to register seven autocallable income ETFs advised by Tuttle Capital Management, LLC. Each fund would seek income from a technology theme basket, including memory, quantum computing and photonics.
The trust is already registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the filing asks to add the seven funds. It is marked subject to completion, and the funds may not be sold until the registration is effective.
The trust set the filing to take effect 75 days later, in early January 2027, and it can still amend the document. Tickers and the listing exchange are blank. In each of the seven summaries, distribution and service fees and other expenses are listed at 0.00%, and the management fee and the total annual expense line are still placeholders.
The baskets are technology themes
The seven themes are memory and storage, quantum computing, photonics and optical, space and defense technology, AI power and grid, AI leaders, and robotics and physical AI. No sponsor is named for any of them.
The memory and storage basket is a group of U.S. and non-U.S. companies in semiconductor memory and data storage, typically 3 to 10 stocks, rebalanced quarterly.
Tuttle Capital already sells that theme two other ways. The Tuttle Capital Concentrated Memory Stack ETF, HBMX, holds memory-semiconductor stocks. The Tuttle Capital Memory Stack Income Blast ETF, DRMP, seeks income from an options strategy, put credit spreads, on memory and broader semiconductor markets.
This filing would add an autocallable on that theme, and the same payoff on the other six.
The 70% line, and a fund that outlasts one contract
An autocallable contract pays a coupon only if the basket stays high enough, and it can end early if the basket gets back to where the contract started. The filing says the funds would not buy autocallable notes or other structured notes, and would not buy the stocks in the basket. Each fund would be passively managed and would get the exposure through total-return swaps on an index of synthetic contracts linked to its basket.
A contract joins that index on a given day. The basket's level that day is the starting level. The term is about five years unless the contract is called sooner.
Every four weeks, the contract pays a coupon only if the basket is at or above 70% of the starting level. That 70% line, and the same examples, are written into all seven summaries.
If the basket is below the line, the coupon is skipped. A skipped coupon is paid later only if the basket gets back to the line, and the filing says the missed coupons may never be paid if it does not. The rate is set when the contract is struck, and the filing says it is not guaranteed.
The contract cannot be called in the first year. After that, if the basket is at or above the starting level on one of those four-week dates, the contract is called. It pays the coupon due, including any that were skipped, and it does not share in later gains. The filing says the contract's starting amount is then put into new contracts under the index rules.
If a contract is not called and the basket finishes at or above 70% of the starting level, it returns its full starting amount. A finish 20% below the start leaves the basket at 80% of that level, still above the line.
If it finishes below 70%, the loss matches the full decline from the starting level, not just the portion below 70%. In the filing's example, a $100 contract that finishes at 69% of its start returns $69, and one that finishes at 40% returns $40.
The index adds one new synthetic contract each week, so it holds contracts with different starting levels and different end dates. The filing says that is meant to keep the index from relying on any single start or end date, and that it does not remove losses if many contracts miss coupons or finish below the line at once.
A call ends the contract. The fund's value keeps moving with the contracts in the index, not only when one of them is called.
Calamos, ProShares and GraniteShares use stock indexes or single stocks
Calamos listed $1.4 billion in net assets as of Oct. 16, 2026 for the Calamos Autocallable Income ETF, CAIE. It gets its exposure from swaps on an autocallable index linked to large-cap stocks. Its prospectus dated April 15, 2026 lists total annual expenses of 0.86%, and 0.74% after a waiver.
ProShares launched autocallable income funds on the S&P 500, the Nasdaq-100 and the Russell 2000 in August 2026. GraniteShares launched single-stock versions linked to Tesla and Nvidia in February 2026, and to Palantir and Robinhood in May 2026.
On the same day as the Tuttle filing, Calamos said it plans to launch the Calamos Least-Of Autocallable Income ETF, CAYN, on Oct. 26, 2026, with an expense ratio of 0.74%. Income and the return of principal would depend on the weakest of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, SPY, the Invesco QQQ Trust, QQQ, and the iShares Russell 2000 ETF, IWM.
