Tidal Trust IV on Friday renamed three existing VegaShares series, taking SpaceX out of the title of VegaShares SpaceX & Beyond Earth ETF. The fund is now VegaShares Space & AI ETF XSPC. It has $2.06 million in assets and 100,000 shares outstanding. SpaceX remains its largest holding, at 16.4% of the portfolio as of September 13.
The trust filed in July to change the names; the paper became effective Friday, September 11. It also retitles VegaShares Creatorverse ETF as VegaShares AI & Social Media ETF TTOK and VegaShares Synthetic Mind ETF as VegaShares AI Frontier ETF OPAI, the same series and tickers the trust already had registered. The filing is a post-effective amendment on Form 485BPOS. The same day, the trust filed a summary prospectus for XSPC.
The summary prospectus, dated September 11, lists a 0.75% management fee. XSPC is an actively managed fund of commercial-space companies and has been trading on Nasdaq since June.
The same paper lists TTOK and OPAI under the new names, each on Nasdaq. Friday’s summary prospectus covers only XSPC.
