Our read on each fund
QBIGD
QQQMA
In short
QBIG The Nasdaq-100 with the small fry stripped out: roughly the top 45% by weight (capped at 47%), a short list of mega-caps reset quarterly, so the roster follows whoever is biggest instead of locking in a named Magnificent 7 basket.
QQQM The Nasdaq-100 in a thriftier wrapper. Launched in 2020, QQQM holds the same index as Invesco's famous original and charges 0.15% a year instead of 0.18%, built for people who buy and sit rather than trade.
Stated mandate
QBIG The fund seeks long-term capital growth by obtaining exposure to the largest companies in the Nasdaq-100 through the Nasdaq-100 Mega Index, which represents approximately the top 45% by weight. Exposure is obtained through direct equity holdings and total-return swaps.
QQQM The Fund seeks to track the performance of the NASDAQ-100 Index before fees and expenses by generally investing at least 90% of its assets in index securities.
