From Monday's close through Friday, September 25, holders of the lithium and battery-metals miners fund LIMI, the U.S. cash-flow equity fund LGCF, and the U.S. small-cap cash-flow fund SMCF "may only be able to sell their shares to certain broker-dealers, and there is no assurance that there will be a market" for the shares, the Themes ETF Trust board's notice says. There is no further exchange session.

The three funds held $7.81 million as of Tuesday. The same notice says the liquidating distribution per share "will be announced when it becomes available." That amount has not been published.

Cboe's list of issues pending suspension or delisting names LIMI for liquidation, with a suspension date of Tuesday, September 22. The SEC record dated Tuesday carried no fee changes, no lineup refreshes, no fund going effective, and no new paper to close a fund. The OCC put exercise and assignment in LIMI and SMCF options on delayed settlement effective Tuesday, until the cash paid per share in the liquidation is known.
