Our read on each fund
DJIAA
OARKF
In short
DJIA Covered calls, but on the Dow. This fund owns the 30 blue chips and sells one-month at-the-money calls against them, swapping upside for monthly cash. It also happens to carry the index's own ticker.
OARK OARK owns no stock. It uses options to mirror the price moves of the ARK Innovation ETF and sells calls against that exposure, turning a growth basket that pays no dividends into an income position, with upside limited by design.
Stated mandate
DJIA The Fund seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the DJIA Cboe BuyWrite v2 Index. Its strategy owns Dow Jones Industrial Average stocks and sells corresponding one-month at-the-money call options.
OARK The Fund seeks current income while providing indirect exposure to the share-price returns of the ARK Innovation ETF, subject to limited participation in potential gains.
