XXXCCYBER HORNET S&P 500 and XRP 75/25 Strategy ETF

In short

EEE Three-quarters S&P 500, one-quarter ether, rebalanced monthly so the crypto sleeve gets trimmed back instead of taking over the portfolio. The Ethereum member of Cyber Hornet's 75/25 family, priced at 0.85% with no fee waiver.

XXX An S&P 500 fund with an XRP kicker: roughly 75% large-cap stocks, roughly 25% XRP, rebalanced monthly back to those weights. One ticker, 0.85% a year, no crypto exchange account required.

Stated mandate

EEE The Fund seeks to replicate the total return of the S&P 500® and S&P Ether Futures 75/25 Blend Index before fees and expenses. The index combines approximately 75% S&P 500 exposure with 25% Ether-futures exposure.

XXX The Fund seeks to track the S&P 500 and S&P XRP Futures 75/25 Blend Index before fees and expenses. The strategy combines approximately 75% S&P 500 exposure with approximately 25% XRP exposure through XRP, futures contracts, and XRP-related ETPs.

Why people hold it

  • EEE One ticker, two jobs: roughly 75% in S&P 500 stocks and about 25% ether exposure held through a Cayman subsidiary, with a monthly rebalance pulling the mix back toward 75/25.sec.gov
  • At 0.85% with no fee waiver, it sits near the middle of its small crypto-blend category and in line with its siblings: BBB at 0.86%, SSS and XXX at 0.85% each.
  • No style drift: the portfolio lines up closely with the blend its prospectus describes, an S&P 500 core bolted to an ether-futures sleeve tracked by an S&P index.
  • Built as a 1940 Act fund: the crypto exposure sits in a wholly owned subsidiary limited to 25% of assets at each quarter end, the structure that preserves fund-level tax treatment.sec.gov
  • XXX Two assets, one ticker: the S&P 500's large-cap stocks plus XRP exposure inside a 1940 Act fund. No crypto exchange account, no wallet, no keys to lose.sec.gov
  • The S&P Dow Jones index rebalances monthly, so the XRP sleeve gets trimmed after it rips and topped back up after it slides rather than quietly taking over the portfolio.sec.gov
  • What's inside matches the label: holdings line up closely with the advertised 75/25 S&P 500 and XRP blend.

Worth knowing

  • EEE Small fund, thin tape. Spreads can run wider than on mainstream index funds, and market price can wander further from the value of what it holds.
  • A quarter in ether brings crypto-sized swings, plus futures roll and monthly rebalance costs; between rebalances the sleeve can drift above 25%.sec.gov
  • Launched January 2026, so the track record behind its risk profile is short. Distributions land once or twice a year, not monthly.
  • XXX 0.85% a year matches stablemates EEE and SSS (0.85%) and sits near the crypto-blend norm, but above what plain S&P 500 index funds charge.
  • The 25% XRP sleeve sets the mood. Crypto swings dwarf the stock sleeve's, and the fund launched in 2026, so there's limited history to judge it by.
  • Small fund, thin tape: bid/ask spreads can run wider than on mainstream index ETFs, which matters most on larger orders.
