Our read on each fund

TXXSF
In short
ETHT ProShares opened the US market for leveraged ether in June 2024, and it runs the low-cost version: 0.96% to target twice ether's daily move, below the typical fee among 2x crypto funds.
TXXS The first US ETF to put leverage on Sui. TXXS aims for two times Sui's daily price move using swaps, futures and options instead of owning the coin: a one-day tool in a leveraged crypto aisle that is otherwise mostly bitcoin and ether.
Stated mandate
ETHT The fund seeks daily investment results equal to twice the daily performance of ether, before fees and expenses.
TXXS The Fund seeks before-fee daily results equal to two times Sui’s daily price performance for one NAV-to-NAV day, not longer periods. It uses primarily swaps, futures, and options rather than holding Sui directly, with at least 80% exposure-consistent instruments targeted under normal circumstances.

ETHT vs TXXS Holdings
How we measure overlap
Each holding counts at its smaller weight in the two funds, summed over the full Holdings. Sector, country and asset class use the same rule on each fund’s split. Cash, FX and derivative lines stay out of the counts. Two bond funds get no overlap figure.
