Our read on each fund
SCHRA
XTREA
In short
SCHR The belly of the Treasury curve for three basis points. Since 2010, SCHR has tracked the Bloomberg US Treasury 3-10 Year Index: government paper only, no corporate credit, income paid monthly.
XTRE Most intermediate Treasury ETFs pick a maturity range and let duration drift. XTRE picks the number: a portfolio rebuilt monthly toward roughly three years of duration, from the issuer that launched the first target-duration Treasury suite.
Stated mandate
SCHR The fund seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the total return of an index measuring the intermediate-term U.S. Treasury bond market.
XTRE The Fund seeks to track an index of U.S. Treasury securities whose duration is between 2 and 4 years.

SCHR vs XTRE Holdings
How we measure overlap
Each holding counts at its smaller weight in the two funds, summed over the full Holdings. Sector, country and asset class use the same rule on each fund’s split. Cash, FX and derivative lines stay out of the counts. Two bond funds get no overlap figure.
