UITB Most core bond ETFs clone the Agg index for three basis points. This one is run by people: an active take on the intermediate investment-grade market, launched in 2017 under the USAA banner and flying Victory Capital's flag since 2019.
Stated mandate
AGG The fund seeks to track the Bloomberg U.S. Aggregate Bond Index, providing broad exposure to the total U.S. investment-grade bond market.
UITB The Fund seeks high current income while limiting undue risk to principal. It invests mainly in debt securities and related instruments, with duration generally near that of the Bloomberg 1-3 Year Credit Index.

How we measure overlap
Each holding counts at its smaller weight in the two funds, summed over the full Holdings. Sector, country and asset class use the same rule on each fund’s split. Cash, FX and derivative lines stay out of the counts. Two bond funds get no overlap figure.
