DEMB
DGSB
In short
DEM One of the original emerging-market dividend ETFs (2007). DEM ranks EM payers by yield, keeps only the top slice, then weights them by the actual dollars of dividends they pay. Income-first EM, not market-cap EM.
DGS Most emerging-market dividend funds crowd into the giants. DGS goes the other way: roughly 1,100 dividend-paying small caps across the developing world, a corner it has worked since 2007.
Stated mandate
DEM The fund seeks to track high-dividend-yielding companies in emerging markets and provides targeted emerging-market all-cap equity exposure.
DGS The Fund seeks to track the investment results of dividend-paying small-cap companies in the emerging markets region.

DEM vs DGS Holdings
How we measure overlap
Each holding counts at its smaller weight in the two funds, summed over the full Holdings. Sector, country and asset class use the same rule on each fund’s split. Cash, FX and derivative lines stay out of the counts. Two bond funds get no overlap figure.
