Our read on each fund
ENFRB
RSPGB
In short
ENFR Midstream, not drillers. ENFR owns the pipelines, storage tanks and processing plants that move North American energy, tracking the Alerian Midstream Energy Select Index in a compact portfolio of roughly two dozen names.
RSPG Cap weighting hands an energy fund mostly to the biggest oil majors. RSPG splits the S&P 500's energy names evenly instead, so refiners and drillers stand alongside the giants. Same rulebook since 2006, when it launched as RYE.
Stated mandate
ENFR ENFR seeks to track, before fees and expenses, the price and yield performance of the Alerian Midstream Energy Select Index. It also seeks total return through income and capital appreciation.
RSPG The fund seeks to track an index that equally weights stocks in the energy sector of the S&P 500® Index.
