In short
NSCI Securitized credit is the bond market's plumbing: mortgage, consumer-loan and CLO paper that broad index funds only skim. NSCI is Nuveen's active run at it, holding at least 80% in structured bonds with room to reach below investment grade.
PRAB An active bond fund that shops both sides of the securitized market: publicly traded asset-backed bonds plus privately negotiated deals, inside a daily-traded ETF. State Street's push to put private credit in a 1940 Act wrapper.
Stated mandate

PRAB The fund is actively managed and primarily invests in investment-grade asset-backed securities, including public and private ABS, collateralized loan obligations, and residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities.
