TTTC
In short
PST Most inverse Treasury ETFs aim at the 20+ year long bond. PST aims at the belly: two times the inverse of the daily move in the ICE U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Bond Index, reset each day, trading since 2008.
TTT The deep end of the Treasury short aisle. TTT aims for three times the inverse of the ICE U.S. Treasury 20+ Year Bond Index's daily move, reset every day, and it has been running this mandate since 2012.
Stated mandate
PST The Fund seeks daily investment results, before fees and expenses, corresponding to approximately two times the inverse of the daily performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury 7-10 Year Bond Index. It does not seek this -2x target for periods other than a day.
TTT TTT targets daily results, before fees and expenses, equal to three times the inverse of the daily performance of the ICE U.S. Treasury 20+ Year Bond Index.

PST vs TTT Holdings
How we measure overlap
Each holding counts at its smaller weight in the two funds, summed over the full Holdings. Sector, country and asset class use the same rule on each fund’s split. Cash, FX and derivative lines stay out of the counts. Two bond funds get no overlap figure.
