The Strive 500 ETF prospectus prints a 0.05% management fee and says the contractual rate is 0.0545%. The adviser has voluntarily waived the difference from June 8 through Dec. 6, 2026, and the waiver is not subject to recoupment.

Two other prospectus figures

EntrepreneurShares Series Trust filed Wednesday, effective immediately, an updated prospectus for the ERShares Private-Public Crossover ETF, XOVR. Total annual operating expenses are shown at 0.83%, against 0.75% in each of the two prior fiscal years. The management fee is still 0.75%. The filing says the other 0.08% reflects non-recurring transaction fees from the year ended June 30, not a higher advisory fee.

Madison ETFs Trust filed a prospectus, effective Oct. 30, that changes the primary benchmark of the Madison Dividend Value ETF, DIVL, effective Oct. 31. The Russell 1000 Value Total Return Index gives way to the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats Index, and the Lipper Equity Income Funds Index is dropped as a secondary benchmark. The filing says the change is meant to give a better comparison with the fund's strategy.
