In short
BLUC An active allocator in an aisle ruled by index funds: BLUC buys other firms' large-cap ETFs and tilts between them on the Bluemonte team's calls. 0.22% net of a waiver through August 31, 2027 (0.27% gross).
EPS Large-cap core with a profit filter. Roughly 500 U.S. companies, all of them earnings generators, tracked since 2007 for 0.08% a year. Same plumbing as a plain index fund, with a screen most of them skip.
Stated mandate
BLUC The Fund seeks capital growth through active management and normally invests at least 80% of its assets in investments providing exposure to large-capitalization companies, primarily through unaffiliated ETFs. Those underlying funds may invest in domestic and international equities and real-estate-related securities or instruments.
EPS The fund seeks to track earnings-generating large-cap companies in the U.S. equity market.

BLUC vs EPS Holdings
How we measure overlap
Each holding counts at its smaller weight in the two funds, summed over the full Holdings. Sector, country and asset class use the same rule on each fund’s split. Cash, FX and derivative lines stay out of the counts. Two bond funds get no overlap figure.
