Our read on each fund
ROKTA
XSPCD
In short
ROKT Most space funds stop at the atmosphere. ROKT plays both frontiers: rockets and satellites plus the hardware that explores the deep sea, wrapped in an AI-informed S&P Kensho index running since 2018.
XSPC Most space funds spread bets across dozens of names. This one is anchored by SpaceX, launched in June 2026 days after that IPO, then widens out to satellite networks and orbital compute. Actively managed and openly concentrated.
Stated mandate
ROKT The fund seeks to track the S&P Kensho Final Frontiers Index, targeting companies whose products and services support innovation in outer-space and deep-sea exploration through an AI-informed, quantitative index methodology.
XSPC The Fund seeks capital appreciation. It is actively managed and normally invests at least 80% of assets, including investment borrowings, directly or indirectly in equity securities of SpaceX and other Space and AI Ecosystem Companies.

How we measure overlap
Each holding counts at its smaller weight in the two funds, summed over the full Holdings. Sector, country and asset class use the same rule on each fund’s split. Cash, FX and derivative lines stay out of the counts. Two bond funds get no overlap figure.
