NTSIBWisdomTree International Efficient Core Fund

RSSBBReturn Stacked Global Stocks & Bonds ETF

In short

NTSI Developed-market stocks and a U.S. Treasury futures sleeve sharing one seat. NTSI is WisdomTree's capital-efficient playbook pointed overseas: the stock exposure and the bond exposure don't have to compete for the same dollar.

RSSB Most allocation funds make you split your dollar between stocks and bonds. RSSB stacks them instead: a global equity portfolio with a U.S. Treasury futures layer on top, wrapped in one ETF at 0.39%.

Stated mandate

NTSI The Fund seeks total return through international equity securities and U.S. Treasury futures. WisdomTree presents it as a capital-efficient balanced strategy intended to provide international equity exposure with Treasury-futures diversification.

RSSB The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Why people hold it

  • NTSI Charges 0.26% a year, roughly a third of what the typical allocation fund in its group costs.
  • One wrapper, two jobs: developed international equities plus U.S. Treasury futures, so the bond side doesn't eat cash the stock side needs.
  • The equity base is broad, roughly 500 names across developed markets outside the U.S.
  • One of the stronger builds in a crowded allocation field, alongside WisdomTree siblings NTSX (U.S. version) and GDE (gold version).
  • RSSB 0.39% for a two-sleeve strategy, roughly half the typical expense ratio among allocation funds.
  • The equity leg is global, not U.S.-only. Stacked peers like NTSX and GDE build their layers on top of American stocks.
  • The Treasury futures leg lives inside the fund, a registered 1940 Act ETF, so layering bonds onto stocks doesn't require your own margin account.
  • Trades with reasonable liquidity for a strategy this young, and sits in the upper half of its allocation peer group overall.

Worth knowing

  • NTSI Futures push total exposure above the cash invested. That cuts both ways: moves are amplified up and down.
  • Thinly traded, so spreads can add to the cost of getting in and out beyond the headline fee.
  • Actively run on quantitative models and launched in 2021, a shorter history than the plain-vanilla balanced funds it sits next to.
  • RSSB Stacking puts more market exposure to work than the cash you hand over, so a stretch where stocks and Treasuries fall together bites harder than in a plain balanced fund.
  • Cash goes out once or twice a year, not monthly. This is a total-return mandate aimed at long-term capital appreciation, not a paycheck.
  • Launched December 2023, so the track record is short and hasn't been through many market regimes yet.
